2. You can, there are examples of people using the tag icon and the Remix logo (camelbuy.com and the bbFinder). The one big stipulation here is that you have to not claim to be Best Buy so people know you aren't Best Buy. :-)

I asked our Affiliate team again a few days ago. Yet to hear a response.
In the meantime, have you checked out the <nationalFeatured> attribute? That has all the products that are featured in our national ad.
